Alex stepped onto wet patio. Her wet hair clung to her back. She stepped forward, closer the old brick home. The old wooden door was stained. A mouse ran across the wooden deck startling her. She put her foot on the first step of the home. The wooden plank creaked as she took another step up to the filthy deck. The wind whistled in her ears. She took the final Step. The whole house groaned under her feet. She shuddered. She hated the thought of the wood snapping under her sending her into a dark wet, and bug invested pit. She stepped closer to the door. She was freezing- and scared, but at least she was out from the rain. She looked back at her home across the street. She was tempted to run back home and take a hot bath. This is a great list you have. You missed two in the 2000s though: REC. That French Film was remade into the inferior Quarantine. I think that’s the best horror film recently. Then you have Ringu.

You didn’t mention it, and i’m not sure if you have seen it yet but you can’t go wrong with the Exocist. That movie will scare the bravest person. And I really was foolish enough to watch that by myself in the dark. I nearly wet myself. Especially on the part when she came down those stairs backwords like that. AHHHHHHH that was the scariest s*@# ever.

I watched the new one Drag me To Hell. I thought that was pretty good with the lights out on ur own!

This is going to be extremely long so get ready and please help me?
Ok there was a day when i woke up around 4 and i thought the heater turned on by itself (which it did) but it was a fault that happenes sometimes. So before i knew it was a fault i asked my mom and aunt if they turned it off before they went to bed and they said yes. So after they told me that i was soo scared that i wanted to cry. After i was so scared i just shook and looked everywhere and see if there was a ghost. I couldn’t sleep, eat, or do my normal activities i used to do. All i did was think about it too much and having this irritable, unpleasant, emotionally painful feeling in my stomach and then it runs through my body. It was so much that one day i just wanted to go anywhere and just get away from inside cus i felt trapped. And then we did but then the thought of coming home got me all tense and then when i came home i would just go inside the room and sit there and think too much about and cry and then i had the fever by then. My mom gave me advil and it took me a while to fall asleep. The things i got so scared because i felt like i’m one of those people in the movies that are living in a haunted house or something so that got me more scared and very terrified. 2 weeks later i was getting better and then it stopped. So i was feeling happy and excited again for about 2 days. And then it came back again because i thought of school and me going to school and experiencing the fear again. But this time it didn’t come back as bad but it was still bad. I went to school i couldn’t concetrate and get my mind off of it but when i came home it felt worst cus there was nothing to distract me. After a week it reduced and i can do SOME things. But it still came and go but not as much and i wasn’t terrified because i can stay home alone and things like that. Then last week i had like a panic attack but it was fear it was more of depression, because my body was shaking and tingling inside and i just cried and cried because i just thought what if i can never return back to normal, what if i’m stuck like and never get back to my old self. And then a week after that i thought of something scary and had a big panic attack. It was so big that i shook, had to go to the bathroom cus my stomach was running and i wanted to throw up and i just felt like i wanted to die. But i’m still thinking alot about it and still shakey and sad. Today i just started crying and shaking and just thought what if it never goes away. So another words i had the same panic attack i had 2 weeks ago. And now it comes and goes. I don’t know what to do anymore and i’m scared that it will never go away and i’m praying it would and i’m praying that when i go to see my doctor on wednesday i will recieve good news.

I talked to my mom on the phone today and she said that i need to try and stop thinking about it and that she would help me in anyway and i should read my book and laugh and just force myself to have fun.

That made me feel a little better but i can’t help think it won’t go away

Do you think that maybe something is going wrong in my brain thats making my whole body react and my emotions to just stare up or something? Because before the traumatic event happened anytime i think of something negative or scary i don’t react like this i always stay calm and remove it from my mind but it’s VERY hard this time. I just feel like stabbing myself and i try my hardest to be happy and laugh but nothing. So help me. Your not my only hope but i still want to recieve good news from random people.
I’ve been like this (goes from worst to ok everytime) for more than a month almost 2.

I know exactly what this anxiety feels like. I have been struggling with this so bad for the past 5 months and I am just getting it a little better. I was always frightened and scared and if you keep thinking that anxiety wont go away it wont. I did the same thing and you are scaring yourself with that thought. I started seeing a counselor last month and my anxiety has really gotten better. Try looking up a counselor that is specialized in this thing called EMDR it helped me I guess, but this is only a suggestion.

This also may be caused by a chemical imbalance which is what an anxiety disorder is. If you do have an anxiety disorder there are some medications that can balance the chemical imbalance. You say you have nothing to distract you from your anxiety? Try watching television, playing video games, or going to social events. Make your life positive.

Lifeforce (1985) IMDB rating: 5.80 Plot: Halley’s Comet returns to the solar system and the English/American team aboard the shuttle “Churchill”, making a close-up survey of the comet, discovers an alien spacecraft in the head of the comet. We meet the five girls who were in that school gym: Kate (Marley Shelton), Paige (Denise Richards), Shelly (Katherine Heigl), Lily (Jessica Cauffiel) and the formerly plump Dorothy (Jessica Capshaw). They are all in their 20’s now and trying to sort out their love lives, which is appropriate, since Valentine’s Day is coming up. After a disastrous date with a loser, one of the girls, a pre-med student, is murdered by a Cherub-mask wearing killer who sent her a death threat in the form of a Valentine card prior to the attack. After the four remaining girls are reunited at her funeral, they all start receiving threatening cards and messages. At first they don’t know who would want to hurt them, but eventually they figure that maybe Jeremy is responsible. Police records show that Jeremy has completely disappeared, so no one knows what he looks like. Could the formerly nerdish Jeremy have had plastic surgery and turned into one of the girls’ handsome boyfriends? Who ever it is, the lone survivor has to put a stop to this spurned individual’s murder spree before she, too, becomes a valentine to die for.

Ok , so heres whats going on .
I`m from hongkong and i live in asia ( singapore ) and recently , me and my friend made a bet ; whoever can get the most date with white girls before valentines day wins the bet.
